Gilmour Pipe Chanter Reeds - Easy and Medium
"The Reed You Need" Gilmour reeds, first introduced in 1990, are made in Australia by piper Michael Gilmour. Gilmour reeds are based on a design principle known as the "rule of 3" and are made from premium Spanish cane.
Michael Gilmour describes his reeds: "The cane used in the manufacturing process is personally selected. Every reed is not only hand finished, but also tested for pitch, scale, vibrancy and tonal quality prior to dispatch."
