The License to Kilt practice chanters are made for us by McCallum bagpipes. They are stamped with our branding instead of the maker's usual branding. The chanters are identical to the maker's in every other way. By using our brand, we are able to lower the cost of this package to include the chanter sleeve. The long practice chanter model is only $5 additional, a substantial savings as well.
